Two items of importance as we enter the final quarter of the 2002 calendar
year:

Item #1:

This is just a reminder for all DXCC program participants that the September
30, 2002 deadline to have your submissions in for the next DXCC Annual List
is rapidly approaching.

The DXCC Annual List shows all those who have submitted an application to
DXCC between October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. In order to be
shown in the Annual list you must:

Submit an application between October 1, 2001 and September 30, 2002

or

Be current on the DXCC Honor Roll. (Note, a submission is not necessary if
you are current on the DXCC Honor Roll, but, only those modes that are Honor
Roll will be shown.)

Applications must be received, or postmarked, September 30, 2002.


Item#:2:

Christmas is coming and you should plan soon if you want to present someone
with a wall plaque, on time for Christmas, as a nice gift. If you know
someone who has achieved Top of  Honor Roll, Honor Roll, 5 Band DXCC and
even the DXCC Challenge, this would make a nice gift for them they can
treasure in their ham shack. Additionally, anyone who has qualified at some
time in the past and may have dropped off the Honor Roll can still purchase
the plaque. The only requirement is that you, at one time, qualified.
