Dear fellow DXers:

      According to a release article by the NY Times, Montenegro voted
to split from Serbia.  So I'm guessing that Serbia will keep its YT, YU
& YX prefixs, but what will be the new prefix for Montenegro?

      Guess we'll have to stay tuned for more details!
