[SEDXC] SECC Picnic Times - Please Read

You would think Rick and Hal, each having a little DX and contest
experience, would realize while planning an October picnic in August
that the sun will set a little earlier tomorrow than it does mid-summer.
Nope!  We are strictly short-term guys!

So, with apologies for the late notice, the start time for the SECC
picnic at Rick's tomorrow will be moved up one hour.  It's now 2PM to
7PM instead of 3PM to 7PM.  That's one extra hour to see the antenna
farm, enjoy contest and DX strategy discussions, sample the food and
ponder the mysteries of bocce ball.

We do apologize to anyone who misses this message.  We will see those
folks at 3PM (Or later - THIS IS INFORMAL - Come When You Can) and save
them some chow.  Actually - the burgers will probably hit the grill
around 4PM.
