[SEDXC] IRCs - I have done it! here is how!

To echo Bills' guidance, I have been doing the same thing for a number of
years at my local post office except now they are so accustomed to my
requirement all I do is separate them down between foreign and domestic,
hand them to them and they put them in my box when they  have done the
exchange.  And like Bill says what is most important is leaving them for
them to do in their own time.
