[SEDXC] ve7cc cc user question

I did some updating of logging software recently.

Previously, I was sure when I set all my filters in cc user, that when I 
did a CLEAR ALL/GET ALL
that the filters were used to feed me just the info I wanted.
Now I get SSB and spots from all over the world, when
these are specifically excluded by my filter setup.  Yes, I've used 
"TELL CLUSTER" command.

BTW When I do this for specific bands, it works fine but when I do an 
ALL, I get stuff
from all over and for modes/freqs I do not want.

There must be some box I did not check or ????

I've tried google and the user guide to no avail.
