[SEDXC] DX on 21 Mhz at mid day

SF=92 and spots are low but I turned on the rig to check 17 and 15 today. 
Not much on 17 but JW9JKA was a nice S8
about 21300 and SQ7AM was peaking S7 with rapid QSB on 21.250.  I did not 
hear Ali work any locals but he stayed on frequency for a long time.  Seems 
he was best into Eastern Canada and W1 but I worked him barefoot and also 
got a S7 to 8.  The QSB was terrible as he would be S3 one transmission and 
S7 the next.

We are getting into the fall season so more Dx with onditions that would 
yield nothing just a month ago.
