[SEDXC] CQ CQ where are you?

Ian,

While you do need the Zinio app to read digital CQ, it does not limit you to reading just on a desktop/laptop. There are Zinio versions for iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows 8, and more. I read CQ on my iPad. I don't mind having the app, because it covers several of my subscriptions (Consumer Reports, Newsweek, CQ, ...), organizes them in ones place, and gives me a consistent reading experience. It also downloads the current issue for me each month so it's already there when I want to read it. I wish QST used Zinio instead of their own, proprietary app. Unlike the QST app, the Zinio one remembers your place in the magazine when you are away from it a couple of days.

BTW: I just subscribed to another year of CQ via the iPad Zinio app for $11.99. I've been able to get that price for each of the past 3 years (vs. $27 on the CQ website and $38.95 for print edition). I know some people have a strong preference for the print version and I'm fine with that.
