[NZ4O Spaceweather] OT; Halo 2 project-multiple ballon launch w/aprs

Hi to All,

At 10EDT/9CDT, 4 April, 2009 (wx date 18 April 2009), 15 universities
will launch ballons carrying amateur radio aprs, as part of the Halo 2
project. 

Look for the call signs KB9ZNZ (1 - 15) on 144.390, in In, IL, Mn, Oh,
Tn, Va, & other states, basicaly all east of the Mississippi River.
