Saying that because it's hotter in one place, or colder in another, does not
measure the "Global" temperature.
Over here it's been a lot colder than normal and some have also said thing
like "So where is global warming now?" which is like turning on the central
heating boiler, measuring the temperature in the freezer and claiming that
the heating system has broken down.
There will be places that will be warmer than they used to be, there will be
places that are colder than they used to be the 'Global' temperature is just
that, the temperature over the globe and not our back yards...
