Before the list gets shut down, allow me to share some alternatives to
this list (NONE OF WHICH I AM AFFILIATED WITH):
Nasa's Space Weather Prediction Center
http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/
you can click on the right side "email products" and sign up for free
alerts and solar condition updates. You can get the solar flux/a/k
emailed to you every 3 hours. They do alerts for major events, and
provide a forecast every few days.
and
www.solarcycle24.com - i view this page daily, he talks about new
sunspots, forecasts, predictions, etc.
