[TenTec] Omni VI Software

I have been trying to add software control of the Omni VI to my
homebrew contesting software. For some reason I am having difficulty.

If anyone out there has done this in Visual Basic (or any other language),
I would sure like to see the code for one command (I think I can take it
from there).
