The issue of not being able to adjust the AM power is a problem since most
modern amps run 1500 Watts out for 55 Watts in. Since AM PEP = 4 x carrier
power, 13 Watts carrier is the most drive you should use, which is what I
have always done in the past.
OTOH if you have a Henry 8K and don't mind being illegal, you'll have the
biggest AM signal on 75!
