[TenTec] OMNI D?

Bob,
     The Omni D is still servived by Tentec. Some of
the parts are hard to get. I have an Omni D mod. B and
it is a great radio. The ABC models mark inprovments
like notch, more filters and I think the C had the
warc bands. These are exclent radios, the Sure desk
mikes work great, needs a high impedence mic. One
thing to watch, be sure there is a circuit breaker or
fuse inline, the SWR protection circuit shorts out the
12v dc power to protect the output transistors. Hope
