         I agree.  I meant with the signal
always present and DSP BW always = 100 Hz,
but with the two cases of NR On and NR Off.
Of course this could result in an impractical
reading if NR reduces the BW beyond what a
CW signal's normal BW is.  The narrowest BW
will always win a MDS test but it may not be
practical for copying real-world CW signals
that have bandwidths wider than a carrier.
It would be interesting to know if the NR
algorithm limits the lower bandwidth to a
"real world" practical value (such as 50 Hz).
