Try the other insurance company.  You buy as much insurance as you  think you 
need - you don't have to insure everything for its full value and you  don't 
have to list unless you go over $10,000.  And, for a few dollars  more, you 
can get breakdown insurance.  Much better deal for less money  than ARRL.  Check 
out the reviews on eHam.
