i'm about to take a chance on a paragon - it's in good shape, but the owner 
tells me it goes out of lock above 20 mhz. has anyone seen this specific 
problem? - its interesting to me that the problem only occurs above 20 mhz - 
any ideas would be appreciated. TIA, john
