[TenTec] Panadapter with 9MHz i.f.

Thanks Jim.

I'm tapping the 9MHz i.f. signal between mixer and crystal roofing filter -
buffering the signal before bringing it out of the rig is absolutely
necessary.  There is no i.f. output built into the Omni 6.
