[TenTec] TenTec Digest, Vol 171, Issue 6

You cannot contact Ten Tec.  Mike, the new owner is too busy pouting about
dial strings and crying over Baofeng radios to talk to a loyal Ten Tec fan.
I wrote an email several months ago asking if I could bring my radio in for
repair instead of mailing it in. I still have not received an answer. Some
companies, like Vibroples, won't allow drop offs without calling first.
But, as you well know, you cannot call Ten Tec. I think they are just
trying to piss everyone off and you know what... they are successful at
doing just that.  I will NEVER buy another Ten Tec radio from these owners.
But, then with ZERO customer service, they won't last long.
