A friend of mine in Bulgaria has used this radio.
Build quality is excellent, but the RX is a bit noisy.

BTW, I always thought the Scout was a bit noise, too.
I used an external SCAF audio filter with mine.
This radio reminds me of the Scout, except it does not use a Jones filter.

That RGO is pretty close to the price of an IC-7300. QSK is it's advantage
but that's about all.
I disabled and bypassed the amp relay in the 7300 and now QSK is quiet
bearable.
