TopBand: First morning of test

QRN abated enough to hear some NA at around 0115.  Condx not good enough
for me to be heard in the USA QRM, but heard WB9Z, KC0XX, N5JA, WW2Y, all
well before SR.

Mini SR lift allowed me to work K0HA, N4UU, and K4UA.  Not a particularly
good opening.  Hope for better tomorrow.
