How do you give a signal report if the S meter is dancing between S5and S7
with normal static and crashing to S9  at times.  I have the R and T down,
but what about the S, do you report what it would be like if all the noise
wasn't there?  Just curious as to know if there is some common rationale
behind a report with a lot of noise going on?

Sure is frustrating hearing all these 579 reports from staions working
europe and I hear noise.  Hopefully better receive antenna in the near
future.
