TopBand: VP8/G4VFU

I talked with Bill Moore at the DXCC desk again today.  He has been in contact with Carl, but still has no documentation about his April VP8 operation.  If anyone talks to him please ask him to send a copy of his license and the dates he was land based to arrl.  I have written him and his qsl manager.  any other ideas?
