Topband: Budget Rig Performance ?.

Hi Guys,
              I enjoy reading the comments about top of the range rigs
here on the reflector, but being a mere mortal with a family and thus shallow
pockets i must look more to budget price rigs...

Thus has anyone got any good advice and comments about budget equipment.
I currently run an old TenTec Paragon, and for mobile / portable use have a
SG-2020 ADSP2..
