Topband: Plans to build homemade HF-2V antenna ??

Hello Topbanders,	

	Does anyone have plans to build a homemade HF-2V vertical that
would include good capacitor and coil 
choices and a top hat for good performance on 160 and 80 meters using
conventional parts/materials that one might 
buy in a local hardware store ??


Another question: What gives better performance ??  A single elevated
1/4 wavelength ground radial or 
(2) or (4) elevated 1/8 wavelength ground radials ??
