Topband: How to measure ground conductivity / characteristics forRF?

An empirical approach that I've successfully used is to change the ground
parameters using NEC software until the input impedance of a modeled antenna
corresponds to the measured input impedance of an actual antenna.  Of
course, you'll need to keep trying different values for the parameters until
you get it right.  The published parameters for what appears to be your type
of ground is a good starting point.
