Depends on the claim(s) in question which may affect the novelty of the
software or a process more than the VNA hardware. Also, I believe W5BIG has
both a two-port VNA in addition to the single-port CIA line.
Since this discussion is on the topband list, I'm interested in the VNWA's
immunity to strong AMBC signals -- not only within the 160m band but for
measurements that sweep down to as low as 1200 kHz since an effective
shorted 'T' can be over-resonated into the AMBC band where sweep
measurements are useful.
At first glance, the VNWA's output power seems weak for this purpose, but
perhaps its filtering method and/or software assists with immunity as does
MyVNA software for the N2PK unit and the software that comes bundled with
the W5BIG products. The two latter products produce superb plotting results
when sweeping through the AMBC frequencies in the presence of strong RF
fields.

Seems a bit afield to be equating a single port antenna analyzer (AIM)
to a two port VNA. There are many important measurements the VNA can
perform that the antenna analyzer can not - particularly measurements
of port to port isolation and filter transmission parameters.
