Topband: Sudden propagation suprise

Did you all notice that suddenly, 160M conditions picked up at 2200Z,
January 26, and just as quickly died off at 2200Z January 28th?

I'm going to make a prediction: Even though sunspots are almost
non-existent, I foresee a spectacular propagation event on 10M
beginning at 0001Z February 3, and suddenly ending at 2359Z February
4.
