[TowerTalk] Radial systems

I'm going to guess that it won't make any difference whether you connect
them or not, if the radials are bare wire or the ends are bare.
What does pop out, is that the 160, and the 80 meter 4SQ are close
enough to foul each other's pattern. A little modeling is in order. If
you use EZNEC, then set the ground to REAL, MININEC, and just model the
distances and sizes and see if they interfere with one another. Some
solve the problem by putting the 160 meter vertical in the CENTER of the
80 meter 4 SQ. The 160 meter part can actually be tuned to slightly
improve patterns on 80 meters.
In any event, MODEL WHAT YOU ARE PLANNING.
