[TowerTalk] More--wider-quad-stacking

I added a short section to 4B in the quad modeling section to explore the
use of somewhat wider spacing (30' rather than 24') to see if some of the
displacement of feedpoint impedances in spiders could be overcome.  It
can.  Details at the site.
