I would suggest that if there was no problem with the product or service
than nobody would have done anything but hit the delete button.   The market
economy also allows consumers to criticize obviously false promises when not
supported by the facts.  Having been a "customer" at both ends, I think the
comments received are the strongest messages made and the closest to the
truth.

The only real power the consumer has is to warn other consumers when he or
she has not been dealt with fairly.  I am not talking about honest mistakes
but deception.  It is extremely aggrevating to have calls go unanswered,
product go undelivered and partial repayments made once your money has been
taken from you.  I suppose you are correct, if more people were vocal about
these diappointing experiences it would make the product or support better.
