Not having seen the latest edition of his book, right after his Dayton talk
I asked ON4UN, while we were waiting for an elevator, why he had used
elevated radials over a ground screen, since a lot of his talk was devoted
to deflating the idea that elevated radials perform well (by themselves).
His response was that he already had the ground screen in place, and that
he wanted to elevate the current maxima of his 4-square above his house.
Nothing was said about high-angle radiation.
