[TowerTalk] towers/liability/permits/wind speed

We had 50+ gales run through here in the last 48 hours and
I must say there was a little extra traffic passing by the house to
see if that "eyesore" fell down.  Little do they know if will outlast
the house itself; their house, too.

When I researched the permit, I found there are engineering specs
for wind survival in most codes - the 100 year max sustained wind
here is something like 75 MPH, so my ~125 mph install seems secure.

That didn't keep me from checking it, too, though, just to be sure.
