#4 - Its a helluva lot easier to get a rotator into
a section of 45G than it is 25G.
Also, expanding quantitative on #1 - the maximum
allowable overturning moment for 45G is 1.7 times
that of 25G (11,400 ft*lbs vs 6720 ft*lbs).
