[TowerTalk] Rohn 45G Challenges...

I have just purchased 50' or Rohn 45G tower in a package deal with rotor,
antenna and all accessories.  After getting it home and starting to plan
where to put it, I have realized that the only place I have without cutting
down some 100 year old trees, is 40' away from a small set of power lines
running to my house from a power pole, thus my challenge.
I plan to put this one up according to Rohn's specs in the manual with
proper guy and base specs.

I would like to get the groups thoughts on this.  I know it is not the
perfect situation but the only other options I have are close to property
lines where I could not guy it properly.

I see other commercial towers around town within a few feet of power lines.
I want to do it but would rather hear some voices of experience.  I could
over-engineer to make sure it never falls????
