[TowerTalk] Cutting 3/16" Stainless Steel Guy Cable

I use a high speed Dremel tool and a one inch cut off wheel. It will cut it 
off clean, easy and without sharp edges. Be sure to wear eye protection. If 
you have lots of cable to cut, more than one towers worth, then you may want 
a more substantial tool. I have been using the Dremel tool for years with 
very good success.
