Hi Gang,
Has anyone come across a problem with the indicator reed relay missing
pulses from the rotating magnet when the gap between the two is set for 
1/32 inches.   
Starting from North, I move to 90 deg (East). 
I then instruct the PP to return to North but it does not do that.
It usually goes back more than 90 to perhaps 340 degrees. 
This would seem to indicate that it is missing pulses. 
Has anyone had to reduce the gap between magnet and reed relay 
because of missing pulses?. Regards Clive GM3POI
