I also have a 24 chromemoly mast inside a Wilson 55' rotatable.
Slightly different design but the principal is the same.
I built/welded a small bracket that bolts around the tube that the mast goes
through at the top of the tower.
This bracket also rest partly on the top plate of the tower.
Into this bracket I slip the old type auto bumper jack.
The ratchet type still used for the big cars.
I built a small angle iron type bracket with a U bolt for going around the
mast.
The prong on the jack fits into a slot in the horizontal portion of the
angle iron (construction term for a small 4X4 piece of steel angle).
With the U bolt tightened around the mast you I ratchet the jack till it
takes the load of the mast, loosen the tower to mast clamping bolts and jack
up the mast about 3 feet which is the range of the jack.
Retighten the tower to mast bolts, take the pressure off the jack, raise the
angle iron and repeat the process.
I can do this by myself, with no strain.

while my system is unique to my application, I'm explaining it here and
maybe you can adapt the principal to yours.
Total cost for my system was about 20 bucks and about 3 hours of
welding/fabricating in my own shop.
