[TowerTalk] Belden 9913F7 released

This apparently flunked one of the TT tests-- I'll post it one more time,
without copies to others. Hope this makes it pass? 

A limited amount of the new production has left the plant and we will be
filling back orders toward the end of next week. 

The bad news - the new material will cost more.

The old 9913F is no more. The new product (F7) has a 7X19(11AWG)nom
0.108" bare copper center conductor, 83%VF, 100% "Duobond(R)" AL/Mylar
plus 90% TC braid, and the same Belflex(R) jacket as before. Loss rating
has increased by a hair (0.1-0.2db) at several frequencies. Still useful
at 4GHz(11db).
