Either way, David -- if the force isn't very large, this effect will also
be reduced, no? I would think the alloy used in the elements would also
make a difference.
I suggest that anyone who has concerns about this go to the
force12talk@qth.net reflector and ask the assembled Force 12 users there.
I just bought a second C-3 that had been up for 4 years in Atlanta, and the
rivet holes are not noticeably enlarged or elongated. I expect it will
reassemble and install on my tower just fine.
