It's male.

Pins 1-6 are 160-10M, in order.
Pin 8 is not used.
Pin 9 is usually +12VDC, with the individual band pins providing a
ground for each of the relays, but the filter box can be rewired to where
the individual band pins provide 12VDC. In that case, pin 9 is
not used.
