Bob: One of my hobbies is testing the top line new transceivers as they
come on the market. Gerald has been kind enough' in the past, to make
these available to me. I have spent many hours at the store doing these
tests and have marveled that the guys there can keep their sanity with
the phones ringing constantly. They do their best to keep everybody
happy. I know some of the callers like to shoot the bull and compare
prices with other sources. Gerald , I think, is sometimes a bit brusque
when the pressure gets intense. You might be interested to know that he
just donated a complete 2 meter repeater system to the Richardson
