[TowerTalk] Oxidized copper

I've had really good results cleaning oxidized copper using some lemon juice (out
of one of those plastic squeeze bottles) and hot tap water in a plastic cup,
mixed 50/50.
Rinse off afterwards.
I reconditioned a bunch of heiliax connectors this way, and cleaned some stranded
wire ends. This is not as strong an acid as the tinners acid mentioned before, so
it takes a little longer.
