Sante,

Nec-Win is probably a fine program, so this is not a criticism of it but a
testimonial to one thing about the EZNEC programs that keeps me coming
back; the wonderful support provided by Roy Lewallen.

On more than one occasion I have reported tiny little problems to Roy and
he has not only fixed them but also thanked me for finding and reporting
them. He doesn't take it as an insult to his programming ability; he just
gets to work on resolving the problem, whether it is important or not.

For instance, I reported that the program would crash when I used ground
constants that approached air.  Roy did not say, "Hey stupid, that can
never be so don't worry about it", he simply dug in and fixed is so it
doesn't crash.

I contrast this to the logging program for which I actually paid almost
twice the price and whose "bug fixes" are called "upgrades" and cost extra.
