Tips I remember from assembly:
(1) have lots of steel wool on hand for de-burring all the tubing
(2) use the No-Alox with thin coats, but be thorough...just don't use a whole 
tube on one end!!!!
(3) If you assemble the boom-to-element clamps incorrectly, be prepared to 
replace the bolt and locknut...ACE Hardware carries the SS bolts as well as 
SS nuts and lockwashers
(4) remove the balun cover, tighten ALL the connections, and use clear 
Silicone II to seal the lid back on and goop the heads of the screws...the 
box IS NOT waterproof
(5) as everybody mentioned, it's not a trivial task. Dedicate several days to 
doing it
right.
(6) on the hose clamps....don't position them as instructed...put them as 
near to the end of the split element end as possible. After you tighten them, 
leave them alone for a day, then tighten them again, wait a day, tighten 
again, etc...eventually, you won't be able to twist the smaller diameter 
tubing inside the larger. Don't bother wrapping the hose clamps with 
electrical tape....it doesn't work that well anyway.
That's all I can think of right now...good luck, it's a good antenna.
