[TowerTalk] Template for US Tower 72ft

I am moving soon to another state, and would like to go ahead and put my base 
in, including the "J" bolts for my US 72 ft tower (TX 472) while my new house 
id being built.  

What I need is a template, made from wood or cardboard from someone out there 
who just bought one of these towers and has not put it up yet, and can take 
their base, lay it over the cardboard, or plywood etc and mark the holes 
where the "J" bolts will be when I install my base.  In this way, I will be 
able to pour my base, set in my J bolts with the template, and when I move  
the tower, it should "set right in".I posted this about 2 months back, had 2 
hams respond that they had a base, and would be glade to do this for 
me.....never did receive anything. Any help out there?  anyone buying this 
type tower soon, or, has one not up yet that can help?  I tried to measure 
the  holes on my tower base plate, but impossible  to do.

I will pay any shipping cost.
