Do you have a basement?  If so, you might find the bending moment in a
high wind could take out the basement wall next to the tower base.  This
may sound like a far reach, but it is the first thing that comes to my
mind.  That said, when I bought my tower, I removed it from just such an
installation, and he didn't have any problem with it.  The base was
about 2-3 feet away from the basement wall, and not parallel to it.  It
was rotated 25-35 degrees for proper layover angle.
