George,
You will get a zillion opinions I'm certain, so here is mine, hi.  While the
price ($100) may be about the upper value limit, considering the condition
of the antenna, you certainly can't touch anything new (and better) for a
hundred bucks.  It might just do exactly what you need now, and leave a few
bucks in your pocket in case you want to upgrade later.  I've found it is
nice to have a second triband yagi that I can fix on a particular area while
having my "best" antenna higher and on a rotator.  Just a thought!  Good
luck on whatever you decide to do.  If you have been using wires and/or
verticals, you are in for a real pleasant experience by using the yagi.
