I have a Force 12, 5BA antenna and I think that it is fantastic. When I
ordered the antenna 6 years ago, I was told it would take 4 weeks. Well it
took 9 weeks and by the time that it did arrive, I had snow on the ground
and I had to wait for spring to put the antenna on the tower.

I just recently had to order some parts for the antenna and it took 7 weeks
to get some simple parts from them and again, I now have snow on the ground.
I guess I am waiting for spring again.

This last time, when I called Force 12 to find out about my order, I was
told that they couldn't look up my order because they were very busy and I
would have to call back. I was not to happy with that response from thier
customer service. I was told this more than once.

I feel that they make a fantastic antenna but a little bit of customer
service would go a long way.
