The 2060A is a real good tuner but has 2 big drawbacks.  It's not made any more and it has no bypass position for each antenna.  The latter is a  BIG drawback.  It requires the tuner to be in the circuit at all times or the utilization of a cumbersome external bypass switching arrangement.  The Ameritron ATR-30 is a fine legal limit tuner for unbalanced antennas.
