[TowerTalk] Glen Martin Tower

I am having a problem with a new GM tower. 60 foot model with the voyager tram. I cannot get the tram to go up. The cable is tensioned very tight but the large pulley by the handle slips around the cable. GM tells me to make the cable tighter, but I don't think it is humanly possible to get the cabel any tighter than I have it now. The cable is routed properly. Any ideas??
